Kongu Polytechnic College has consistently demonstrated its strong commitment to social responsibility and National Service Scheme (NSS) activities. The institution was honored with the DOTE Best NSS Programme Officer Award – 2026, reflecting dedicated leadership and effective grassroots implementation of NSS initiatives. In addition, our student volunteers received the DOTE Best NSS Student Volunteer Award for both 2021–2022 and 2023–2024.

To further strengthen its outreach efforts, the college management contributes ₹1.5 Lakh annually to support various social welfare activities organized through the NSS. These initiatives include village adoption programs, health and awareness campaigns, environmental conservation activities, blood donation drives, educational support, and renovation and painting of government school buildings.
